We are raising $50,000 to cover the legal and organizational costs needed to protect our beloved campground.

  • Legal Counsel & Representation: $12,000 – To engage legal experts to challenge the sale and explore all legal avenues.
  • Co-op and Business Structure Setup: $8,000(Earmarked if Initial Goal Met) – If legal action alone isn’t enough, these funds will support the formation of a community co-op to purchase and manage the campground, ensuring it remains in the hands of those who cherish it.
  • Buffer & Unexpected Costs: $5,000 – To cover unexpected legal fees, administrative costs, and community mobilization efforts.
  • Additional Funds: After covering legal and operational costs any additional funds will go towards the future collective efforts of acquiring the property.
